Circles, Retreats & Community Gatherings
Seasonal gatherings rooted in softness, nervous system care, nature and connection.
Iām proud to work in collaboration with The Sacred Woods Care Farm alongside other creators, facilitators and wellness providers to offer nature-based retreats, workshops and sacred gatherings designed to help people reconnect with themselves, each other and the natural world.
Located just east of Edmonton and Sherwood Park on 20 acres of protected land, The Sacred Woods is a rescue care farm for the weary, including many senior animals who are able to peacefully and autonomously live out their days surrounded by softness, safety and respect.
Together, we create restorative experiences rooted in nervous system support, ritual, creativity, animal connection and community. Through seasonal gatherings, forest experiences and wellness offerings, we invite people to slow down, soften and reconnect through nature, shared experience and intentional presence.
These retreats and offerings have become a safe and nurturing space for women and gender-diverse folks to unclench, exhale and feel genuinely safe to simply exist as they are.
The spaces we create and gather within are welcoming of people who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, disabled and part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Together, we believe wellness spaces should feel accessible, supportive and free from pressure, performance and perfectionism.
Many of these gatherings take place on sacred and intentionally cared-for land, where participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with the rhythms of nature and experience meaningful community in a grounded and supportive environment.
Whether joining us for a seasonal retreat, intimate workshop, forest gathering or restorative wellness experience, the intention remains the same: to create spaces where people feel safe to soften, rest, connect and simply be.
