Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows the opportunity to offer the appointment space to another client seeking care.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to:
A cancellation fee
Loss of deposit
Full service charge in certain cases
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session time may need to be shortened in order to honour the next scheduled appointment. Full session fees may still apply.
Illness
If you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Retreats, Events & Specialty Offerings
Workshops, retreats, group events and specialty offerings may have separate cancellation and refund policies outlined at the time of registration.
