A collection of rejuvenating experiences designed to soften tension, calm the nervous system and invite the body into deeper states of rest, regulation and care.

Through gentle facial massage, buccal work, Gua Sha, cupping and intentional touch, these sessions support circulation, release holding patterns within the face and jaw and create space for stillness, grounding and reconnection.

Each experience is rooted in therapeutic care while weaving in the nurturing softness of Kowy, creating treatments that are both deeply calming and restorative.

Rose — 60 minutes — $111

A focused facial and head care experience designed to release tension within the face, jaw and scalp while supporting circulation, softness and ease.

Tulip — 90 minutes — $133

A slower, more immersive experience combining facial massage, buccal work, Gua Sha and cupping with therapeutic hair brushing and Kowy touch for deeper rest and relaxation.

Grounding Reflexology & Kowy

Birch & Birch Extended

A slow-paced, grounding experience designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest and full-body balance.

Using intentional pressure on reflex points of the feet, these sessions support circulation, regulation and reconnection while weaving the nurturing, intentional touch of Kowy throughout the experience. What is Kowy?

Inspired by grounding, roots and the body’s natural need for restoration, these offerings invite the body to soften, unclench and settle into care.

Birch — 45 minutes — $88

A restorative reflexology experience focused on grounding, nervous system support and gentle Kowy touch woven throughout the session.

Birch Extended — 90–120 minutes — $110–$176

An immersive restorative experience combining reflexology with extended Kowy touch, therapeutic hair brushing and facial care, with more time to settle into deep rest.

Insurance receipts are provided for the reflexology portion; some plans or HSAs may reimburse. Please check with your provider beforehand if you’re hoping to use coverage.

Gentle Therapeutic Touch & Hair Brushing

Kowy

A quiet return to stillness for body, mind and spirit.

Inspired by a family tradition, this experience blends therapeutic hair brushing with Kowy - gentle, non-sexual touch that is slow, intentional and deeply grounding.

The soft rhythm and subtle sensations help the nervous system settle, the mind drift into calm and the body feel held and cared for. If you’re someone who enjoys ASMR, you may find this experience especially soothing as it creates ever-so-gentle tingling throughout the body.

This is a unique offering you won’t find elsewhere - a deeply personal approach to care, comfort and connection.

This is a space to pause, soften into rest and receive.

Lotus – 45 minutes – $66
A gentle introduction to rest and sensory care.

Orchid – 60 minutes – $88
A full Kowy experience with time to unwind, soften and settle into deeper calm.

Dahlia – 90 minutes – $111
A longer, slower experience with more time to linger in the touch, hair brushing and sensations that feel especially soothing.

Peony – 120 minutes – $144
The fullest Kowy experience, with unhurried time for extended therapeutic hair brushing, grounding touch, stillness and care.
