What is Kowy?

Cedar — 75 minutes — $122

A grounding experience designed for those with beard growth, stubble and deeper facial tension patterns. This session combines facial and head care, jaw and TMJ release, beard care and intentional kowy touch to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system support.

Birch & Birch Extended

An slow-paced and grounding experience designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest and full-body balance.

Using intentional pressure on reflex points of the feet, these sessions support circulation, regulation and reconnection while interweaving the nurturing, intentional touch of kowy throughout the experience. What is Kowy?

Birch — 45 minutes — $88

A restorative reflexology experience focused on grounding, nervous system support and gentle kowy touch woven throughout the session.

Birch Extended — 90–120 minutes — $110-$176

An immersive restorative experience combining reflexology with extended kowy touch, therapeutic hair brushing and facial care for deeper rest, regulation and restoration.

Insurance receipts are provided for the reflexology portion; some plans or HSAs may reimburse. Please check with your provider beforehand if you’re hoping to use coverage.

Lotus, Orchid & Peony

A quiet return to stillness for body, mind, and spirit.

Inspired by a family tradition, this experience blends therapeutic hair brushing with Kowy - gentle, non-sexual touch that is slow, intentional, and deeply grounding.

The soft rhythm and subtle sensations help the nervous system settle, the mind drift into calm and the body feel held and cared for. If you’re someone who enjoys ASMR, you may find this experience especially soothing as it creates ever-so-gentle tingling throughout the body.
