Your session begins with gentle breathwork and grounding, allowing the body to soften and the mind to arrive in the present moment.

Facial massage follows, working with the muscles of the face, neck, and head. Techniques such as buccal massage, Gua Sha, and gentle cupping support circulation, release tension, and create a sense of spaciousness and ease within the body.

To close, therapeutic hair brushing and Kowy are offered as a quiet, deeply settling finish. Kowy is a gentle, non-sexual form of sacred touch designed to support the nervous system and invite deep rest.

This session begins with reflexology, using intentional pressure on points of the feet to support balance, circulation, and regulation. From there, gentle facial care softens tension in the face and jaw.

For those who choose, Kowy and therapeutic hair brushing are woven in as a final, soothing layer - inviting the body to fully settle.

The soft rhythm and subtle sensations help the nervous system settle, the mind drift into calm, and the body feel held and cared for. If you’re someone who enjoys ASMR, you may find this experience especially soothing.

Beard Care Facial Release & Reflexology

A grounding, therapeutic experience tailored for those with beard growth, stubble, and deeper tension patterns. This session includes a 45-minute facial and head care massage that weaves together a releasing facial massage and intraoral buccal work with my signature sacred non-sexual touch, creating a deeply calming and restorative experience.

The treatment is completed with 30 minutes of intentional reflexology, using light, focused pressure on reflex points of the feet to support relaxation and nervous system balance.
